Merdeka 118, completed structurally in 2022, rises to 678.9 meters with 118 floors, making it the tallest building in Southeast Asia and the second tallest in the world.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis and developed by PNB Merdeka Ventures, its crystalline spire reflects Malaysia’s independence and multicultural identity.

The tower includes offices, a retail podium, luxury residences, and the Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur hotel. It also features one of the world’s highest observation decks, offering sweeping views of the capital. The design incorporates sustainable technologies, aiming for triple platinum green building certifications.
