9. Tianjin CTF Finance Centre, China- 530 Meters
Completed in 2019, the Tianjin CTF Finance Centre rises 530 meters with 98 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels. Designed by SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill), it features a smooth, aerodynamic form that reduces wind load and improves structural efficiency.
The tower includes Grade A office spaces, luxury serviced apartments, and a five-star hotel.
Developed by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, it’s the tallest building in Tianjin and a symbol of the city’s modern transformation. The building also meets LEED Gold sustainability standards.
