2. Seven Mile Bridge

The Seven Mile Bridge in the Florida Keys is a legendary piece of engineering. It stretches nearly seven miles over turquoise waters, linking Knight’s Key to Little Duck Key.
Built in the early 1900s as part of Henry Flagler’s bold Overseas Railroad, it was once called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”
Though the original bridge was damaged in the 1935 hurricane, it now serves as a scenic path for walkers, cyclists, and anglers. Beside it runs the newer bridge, built in the 1980s, carrying traffic along the famous Overseas Highway.
Whether you’re racing in the annual Seven Mile Bridge Run or visiting Pigeon Key, this bridge offers adventure, history, and unbeatable ocean views.
