New details are emerging about the arrest of Real World: New Orleans alum Kelley Wolf, who remains in jail after being charged with two misdemeanors. Court documents from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, obtained on August 28, shed light on a tense incident that reportedly began after Kelley allegedly shared her estranged husband Scott Wolf’s personal phone number online.
Police Report Details Harassment Allegations

According to the report, Scott Wolf—best known for his role in Party of Five—called 911 after receiving a flood of harassing messages and calls. The actor told officers he had been repeatedly contacted by Kelley through texts while the two were in the middle of a contentious divorce.
When police arrived, Scott answered a call from Kelley on speakerphone, but the person on the line remained silent. Shortly afterward, he began receiving “a barrage” of phone calls and texts from strangers. Investigators say he quickly realized his phone number had been posted on Kelley’s Instagram account, which also included a reference to him by nickname.
Within ten minutes, Scott allegedly received more than two dozen calls. He told officers this was especially disruptive as the number was his personal phone line, used to communicate with the couple’s three children.
Arrest at Kelley’s Residence
Police went to Kelley’s home, where she refused to open the door but spoke through a window. When questioned about the social media post, she allegedly deflected and made counter-accusations instead of responding.
After more than an hour, Kelley eventually exited her home, allowing deputies to take her into custody. She was booked on two class B misdemeanor charges: electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment.
She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
Conditions if Released

If Kelley posts bail, her release conditions include:
- No consumption of alcohol or controlled substances without a prescription
- Mandatory participation in medical or psychological treatment
- No contact with potential witnesses
- A prohibition on posting to social media until further court order
Kelley’s Social Media Reaction

Hours before her arrest, Kelley appeared to reference the police presence in Instagram Stories. “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote, adding that she was “so scared” and “so confused.”
She insisted she posed no danger to herself or others.
Divorce and Custody Dispute

The Wolfs’ personal struggles have been unfolding publicly since Kelley announced the end of their 21-year marriage in June. Scott filed for divorce on June 10, and custody of their three children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—has since become a central issue.
A judge recently granted Scott temporary sole physical custody, while Kelley was given supervised parenting time. The order also provided each child with a “safe-harbor therapist,” with both parents barred from interfering with the therapy process or using it in litigation.
While the court’s stated goal is to eventually restore Kelley’s unsupervised parenting time, her recent arrest could complicate that outcome.
What’s Next
Kelley Wolf remains in custody as of August 28. An emergency custody hearing was scheduled for later that day, with further legal developments expected in the coming weeks.
The case highlights the increasingly public unraveling of the Wolfs’ marriage, turning what was once a Hollywood love story into an escalating legal and personal battle.
