Costars Turn On Kenny Rodriguez
The drama escalated quickly after JaNa and Kenny confirmed their breakup. Several Love Island costars were quick to defend JaNa and publicly criticize Kenny for his alleged behavior.
Leah Kateb, a close friend of JaNa and fellow season six contestant, didn’t hold back in her Instagram Story posted on July 29. She directly called Kenny out, writing: “Tell the truth for once!” Leah also accused him of being “clout/money hungry” and labeled him a “scammer,” claiming he was trying to twist the story behind their breakup.
Fellow islander Olivia Walker backed Leah’s claims, slamming Kenny in her own Instagram Story: “Your pathetic excuse for a story is laughable.” She described JaNa as a genuinely good person and said it was heartbreaking to watch her go through this pain. Olivia ended her message with a fiery statement: “I hope this gives you the clout you always wanted, you f—king loser.”
JaNa Speaks Out, Kenny Responds
Fans first suspected trouble when JaNa and Kenny unfollowed each other on social media on July 27, shortly after attending David Dobrik’s birthday party together. Up until 10 p.m. that night, they were still posting fun videos from the event, which led many to speculate something serious happened afterward.
