1. Snake Island, Brazil
Off the coast of São Paulo lies Snake Island, home to thousands of golden lancehead pit vipers. These snakes are extremely dangerous. There is about one snake for every square meter of land. Their venom can kill a person in less than an hour. The island is so risky that people are not allowed to go there.
