4. King Cobra
The world’s longest venomous snake, the King Cobra can grow over 18 feet long and raises a third of its body when threatened. Native to Southeast Asia, it can inject a massive dose of neurotoxic venom, strong enough to kill an elephant. It’s revered and feared, and even plays a role in many local myths.
