LUMI, located in Finland and powered fully by hydropower, ranks among Europe’s fastest supercomputers. It uses over 2.7 million cores with AMD’s latest CPUs and GPUs to support important research in climate science, genomics, and artificial intelligence.
Besides delivering strong computing power, LUMI also recycles its excess heat to warm nearby homes.
