The Blacktip Shark lives in warm, shallow waters worldwide and can grow up to 9 feet and weigh over 220 pounds. Known for its speed and energy, it often leaps while hunting. Though not very large, it causes many attacks, especially in Florida, with 41 recorded and one fatal.
