2. Congo River
The Congo River is the world’s deepest river, with dark waters so deep that sunlight can’t reach the bottom. It has strong rapids, waterfalls, and narrow gorges that make swimming very risky. Fast currents and floods add to the danger. Crocodiles and hippos live here, making it even more unsafe.
