As one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Wall attracts massive crowds, especially near the popular Badaling section. The narrow pathways and limited space make it difficult to fully enjoy the breathtaking views without feeling boxed in.
For a more peaceful visit, consider hiking along the lesser-visited sections, such as Mutianyu or Jinshanling, where you can experience the grandeur of the wall with fewer tourists around.
