Valerio Zurlini from Italy immersed himself in a giant container filled with ice cubes for 3 hours and 10 minutes. Achieved in 2022, his icy endurance broke all previous records. Using breathing techniques and mental fortitude, he withstood conditions that most couldn’t tolerate for even a few minutes.
