Located in the heart of France, Château de Brissac is known as the tallest castle in the country. It’s also known for its ghostly presence. The castle is home to the spirit of “La Dame Verte,” a woman who was murdered by her husband in the 15th century.
Locals say that her apparition can still be seen in the tower. While the castle is an incredible historical site, those who visit are often warned of the unsettling feelings and inexplicable occurrences that happen within its walls.
